This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.
• Committed to crafting and implementing sales strategies focused on discovering new business opportunities in your area, while building a pipeline of qualified prospects through strategic and disciplined individual efforts.
• Cultivate a deep understanding of our products and services, showcasing expertise in addressing customer challenges through the benefits of our solutions.
• Engage in discussions and demonstrations to highlight the added value and capabilities we offer to prospects and clients.
• Regularly maintain accurate records of your activities, next steps, probabilities, communications, and forecasts within our sales tools.
• Formulate sales strategies for new clients, which includes identifying target markets and developing presentations to showcase our product offerings.
• Conduct periodic account reviews with existing clients to ensure an exceptional customer experience, maintain open communication, and be ready to propose new solutions.
• Identify and cultivate opportunities, working collaboratively with the appropriate resources to meet growth objectives.
• Create impactful presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate long-term agreements and contracts with customers, covering pricing, terms, and sales conditions.
• Participate in marketing and networking events such as seminars and trade shows, while establishing strong relationships with strategic partners.
• Proactively recognize, escalate, and engage in resolving concerns and issues from clients and prospects.
• To thrive in this role, you will need:
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business or a related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of sales and consulting experience in the IT sector, specifically focused on Oracle Applications (preferably JD Edwards), Oracle Cloud, and Managed Services.
• A demonstrated history of meeting and surpassing sales targets and quotas.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• A comprehensive understanding of the Oracle Applications & Oracle Cloud value proposition, features, and benefits.
• A willingness to travel within Belgium and occasionally to other countries.
• A self-motivated, proactive, results-oriented, and customer-centric mindset.
