
Senior Account Manager – Insurance, Restoration

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +5 more states.
• Oversee a portfolio of accounts for insurance carriers and restoration companies.
• Act as the primary strategic liaison for adjusters, managers, executives, and operational leaders.
• Drive renewal processes and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
• Proactively assess account health, product utilization, and adoption trends.
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and facilitate strategic account planning sessions.
• Project revenue, manage sales pipelines, and monitor key account performance indicators.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Leadership teams to ensure customer success.
• Advocate for customer needs within the organization while aligning solutions with business goals.
• Travel as necessary for conferences and client meetings.
• Become a subject matter expert on PLNAR’s expanding platform.
• Assist customers in understanding how new features enhance claims workflows.
• Guide clients through onboarding, training, and adoption processes.
• Minimum of 4 years experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales.
• Proven ability to retain and expand customer accounts.
• Comfortable engaging with the insurance sector (property claims experience is highly preferred).
• Demonstrated success in managing both renewals and net-new revenue opportunities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with the capacity to work independently in a remote setting.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts at once.
• Proficient in CRM tools and pipeline management.
• A strong desire to learn and provide feedback on new products.
