This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Formulate and implement strategic sales initiatives to meet sales objectives and enhance market presence within designated accounts.
• Discover growth potential for INFICON’s product range, which encompasses FDC and Industrial Engineering Software solutions, gauges, Smart Sensors, Leak Detection, and ALD coating solutions.
• Establish and nurture strong customer relationships by catering to the unique requirements of semiconductor Semi End User and/or OEM accounts.
• Offer technical insights and expertise on the application of INFICON products to fulfill customer needs.
• Oversee all account-related activities, including preparing quotes, negotiating sales agreements, submitting forecasts, and drafting key account plans along with monthly reports.
• Provide constructive feedback to Business Units concerning product launch strategies, market dynamics, competitive assessments, and application needs.
• Assist in pricing modifications, product suggestions, and updates to sales policies.
• Work in conjunction with the Segment Manager and Strategic Account Director to establish annual sales targets and refine strategic goals for the sales region.
• Play a role in creating and implementing sales and marketing strategies tailored to the territory.
• Represent INFICON at trade exhibitions, engage in strategic industry committees, and support customer and market outreach efforts.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or a similar technical field.
• Over 5 years of experience in account management, technical sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
• In-depth technical knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes, alongside a solid grasp of vacuum physics and its applications.
• Proven success in driving revenue growth, managing accounts, and developing business within the semiconductor sector.
• Ability to effectively communicate complex technical solutions to diverse audiences.
• Strong skills in negotiation, communication, organization, and relationship management.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout the assigned territory to enhance customer engagement and drive business growth.
