This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Oversee executive relationships and account governance for designated clients.
• Promote multi-service adoption across areas including product design, product engineering, AI enablement, DevOps, quality engineering, and managed services.
• Develop and implement annual Account Business Plans, encompassing revenue objectives, pursuit strategies, and relationship mapping.
• Proactively uncover whitespace and growth opportunities through business reviews, market intelligence, and internal delivery insights.
• Direct pursuit orchestration for large-scale projects and RFPs, working in tandem with deal desk, solution architects, and delivery leaders.
• Monitor client satisfaction, address escalations, and ensure optimal commercial performance.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in business development within similar industries.
• Demonstrated history in managing enterprise accounts for Tier-1/2 IT services or product engineering firms.
• Experience in selling throughout Europe, with additional exposure to the UK, Middle East, and North America markets.
• Strong background in solution-led selling, managing multiple stakeholders, and pursuing large deals.
• Comprehensive understanding of enterprise transformation drivers in sectors such as BFSI, Retail, Manufacturing, and High-Tech.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills along with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Proven capability to strategize and execute plans for selling new services.
• Proficient command of written and spoken English (CEFR C1+); Polish language skills are not required.
