This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
β’ Lead the expansion and sustained vitality of Stride's partner ecosystem.
β’ Oversee and manage a substantial portfolio of small to mid-sized partners.
β’ Provide guidance to partners on enrollment, engagement, and communication strategies.
β’ Supervise the onboarding and implementation processes for partners.
β’ Monitor partner performance, gather feedback, and analyze portfolio trends.
β’ Implement partner engagement initiatives.
β’ Contribute to the development of scalable processes, documentation, and playbooks.
β’ Minimum of 4 years of experience in partner success, partner development, customer success, account management, or a similar client-facing position.
β’ Proficient in performance reporting, data analysis, or operational processes.
β’ Possess a strong analytical mindset.
β’ Experience working collaboratively across teams such as Marketing, Sales, Product, or Operations.
β’ Familiarity with ACA Marketplace, employee benefits, Medicare, or healthcare enrollment programs.
β’ Proficient in using HubSpot, Tableau, Amplitude, or comparable CRM and analytics platforms.
