This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Oversee a portfolio of tier-1 accounts and partners, ensuring their satisfaction, retention, and steady turnover growth.
• Actively seek upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the slots and live dealer portfolio.
• Create and uphold structured account plans, revenue forecasts, and quarterly growth objectives.
• Evaluate partner performance (GGR, turnover, player activity, session KPIs) to generate actionable insights and customized growth strategies.
• Prepare and guide commercial proposals and deal renewals.
• Negotiate commercial terms in accordance with company guidelines.
• Foster trusted, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, from product managers to C-level executives.
• Serve as the main escalation point for partner issues and coordinate internal solutions.
• Represent the company at industry conferences and regional events.
• Utilize knowledge of the sweepstakes (sweeps casino) market to advise partners on positioning and growth in the US, Canada, and other emerging markets.
• Keep updated on sweepstakes regulations, competitor releases, and player preferences within the sweeps sector.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Tech, Marketing, Risk, and Compliance teams to ensure a seamless partner experience.
• Assist in launch planning, promotional strategies, and roadmap alignment for key accounts.
• Over 5 years of account management experience in iGaming, with at least 1 year specifically in sweepstakes (sweeps casino).
• Experience with slots and live dealer content from the B2B / whitelabel / aggregator perspective.
• Strong grasp of the sweepstakes model and market dynamics.
• Practical experience managing tier-1 / high-value accounts and partnerships.
• Proven success in driving proactive commercial growth: upsells, expansion deals, and revenue ownership.
• Demonstrated capacity to manage intricate stakeholder environments, effectively engaging with multiple executives and decision-makers while keeping commercial objectives on track.
• Data-driven mindset, adept at using BI and reporting dashboards, as well as Excel / Sheets, to inform account decisions.
• A well-established network among sweepstakes operators or platform providers is a significant advantage.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Proactive problem-solver with a growth-oriented mindset, comfortable in a rapidly scaling environment.
• Fluent in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
• Willingness to travel internationally for partner meetings and conferences.
• No visa or relocation support is provided.
