This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.
• Act as the main contact for designated accounts, fostering robust, long-lasting client relationships.
• Ensure consistent communication to grasp client requirements, priorities, and forthcoming opportunities.
• Propel revenue growth through proactive prospecting, lead generation, and development of opportunities.
• Emphasize approximately 80% group business and around 20% transient (third-party) business.
• Recognize and implement upselling, cross-selling, and market share enhancement opportunities.
• Formulate and execute sales strategies and action plans tailored to specific accounts.
• Oversee contract renewals and negotiated agreements to facilitate retention and sustainable growth.
• Professionally address and resolve client concerns, escalating issues when necessary.
• 3–5 years of experience in hospitality or travel industry sales, account management, or business development.
• Preference for familiarity with group and transient third-party business.
• Demonstrated capability to generate, manage, and convert sales opportunities across various market segments.
• Strong skills in selling, negotiation, and presentation, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficient in establishing and maintaining professional relationships via in-person meetings, email, video conferencing, and phone.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, coupled with a professional appearance and demeanor.
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and results-driven, with a strong sense of personal accountability.
• Solid analytical capabilities to evaluate performance and identify opportunities for revenue growth.
• Highly organized with robust administrative, time-management, and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, WebEx, and Zoom.
• Experience with Salesforce or a comparable CRM system.
