This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Cultivate robust and trusted relationships with key stakeholders, serving as a strategic advisor.

• Maintain an in-depth understanding of client requirements, obstacles, and business goals.

• Develop impactful Territory & Account Plans.

• Offer proactive suggestions by introducing innovative solutions that enhance value and foster engagement.

• Guarantee customer satisfaction and retention through exceptional service and creative solutions.

• Recognize the need to involve additional DTN expertise and solution engineering resources for ongoing account growth.

• Conduct regular business reviews with clients to identify unmet needs.

• Strategically present new products, services, and solutions that are in line with client objectives.

• Negotiate contract renewals above a specified threshold, ensuring ongoing success and profitability.

• Continuously evaluate accounts for new business prospects, utilizing industry insights and customer feedback.

• Identify potential referrals, partnerships, and opportunities for expansion within existing accounts.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Sales preferred; or equivalent experience.

• 5 years of experience in software and/or SaaS sales.

• Over 5 years of experience in account management, consultative sales, or B2B client relations.

• Strong understanding of the Energy, Utilities, Transportation, or Renewable industries.

• Proficiency in the German language (written and spoken at a business level).

• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.

• Proven capacity to drive revenue growth through cross-selling and upselling.

• Self-driven, with a strategic mindset and a proactive approach to account management.

• Proficient in SFDC for tracking leads and managing pipelines.

• A consultative and professional manner when engaging with customers.

• Ability to adapt swiftly to changing circumstances.
