This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Identify and secure new customers throughout the ANZ region, establishing a pipeline from the ground up through outbound strategies, partner networks, and market analysis.
• Take full ownership of the sales cycle from initial engagement to contract finalization, collaborating closely with various internal teams.
• Create customized proposals and persuasive business cases that clearly demonstrate measurable ROI in line with customer requirements.
• Work alongside partners within Vonage's ecosystem (e.g., Salesforce) to broaden reach and enhance deal progression.
• Develop and implement a clear growth strategy within a designated portfolio of accounts, targeting the management of larger accounts ranging from $50k to $500k ARR.
• Promote the adoption of Vonage's UCaaS and CCaaS solutions by aligning offerings with customer business objectives.
• Foster strong and trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across IT, operations, and customer experience sectors.
• Spot and convert cross-sell and upsell opportunities to increase revenue within current accounts.
• Present clear and compelling value propositions tailored to the evolving needs of each client.
• Build deep relationships at both C-level and operational levels to influence decision-making, aimed at securing new deals as well as retaining and expanding existing ones.
• Keep accurate forecasts and pipeline visibility in CRM, consistently achieving or surpassing sales quotas.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Solutions Engineering, Product, Marketing) to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Partner with channel and alliance partners to enhance reach and maximize customer impact.
• Experience in enterprise SaaS, cloud, or communications technology sales.
• Proven track record of successfully selling to C-level executives and managing complex, multi-stakeholder accounts.
• Strong understanding of UCaaS, CCaaS, or customer engagement platforms.
• Ability to lead sales processes involving multiple stakeholders across large, matrixed organizations.
• A consultative sales methodology focused on delivering long-term customer value.
• Demonstrated capability to manage accounts valued between $50k and $500k ARR.
