This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Serve as the primary liaison between the client and internal team members, managing projects and driving initiatives to fulfill the client's most important needs.

β€’ Take ownership of the marketing strategy and testing for Disruptive Advertising (DA) channels.

β€’ Offer clients recommendations for non-DA channels based on performance analysis and insights.

β€’ Develop a comprehensive cross-channel marketing strategy to present to the client and coordinate with our fulfillment teams to implement the defined strategy.

β€’ Collaborate closely with the internal client services team to deliver results for your client.

β€’ Maintain continuous communication of value to our clients and expand client accounts through upselling/cross-selling opportunities and in-platform growth.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ A minimum of 3 years of experience managing client accounts within the digital marketing sector; agency experience is mandatory.

β€’ At least 2 years of experience managing multi-channel SMB to Enterprise client accounts with a budget of $10k or more monthly.

β€’ Over 1 year of experience in managing client accounts or customer relationships in a B2C local industry.

β€’ Direct experience in home services (HVAC, roofing, restoration, etc.) is preferred.

β€’ A minimum of 1 year of CRM experience is required (Hubspot, Salesforce, Service Titan).

β€’ At least 2 years of experience in developing strategies using SEM, SEO, and Meta platforms.

β€’ Hands-on experience with Google Analytics and other tracking and attribution tools.

β€’ Over 1 year of experience using Asana or other project management software.

β€’ Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage change and foster innovation while maintaining a holistic perspective.

β€’ Comfortable with risk-taking and capable of being a socially poised and inspiring team builder.

β€’ Results-oriented and analytical, with a strong drive for change.

β€’ Exceptional listener and effective communicator, adept at resolving concerns.

β€’ Capable of influencing both clients and internal teams; skilled in building community and earning trust quickly.

β€’ Lead and engage authentically with team members to cultivate buy-in and create a high-trust environment.
