This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.
β’ Serve as the primary liaison between the client and internal team members, managing projects and driving initiatives to fulfill the client's most important needs.
β’ Take ownership of the marketing strategy and testing for Disruptive Advertising (DA) channels.
β’ Offer clients recommendations for non-DA channels based on performance analysis and insights.
β’ Develop a comprehensive cross-channel marketing strategy to present to the client and coordinate with our fulfillment teams to implement the defined strategy.
β’ Collaborate closely with the internal client services team to deliver results for your client.
β’ Maintain continuous communication of value to our clients and expand client accounts through upselling/cross-selling opportunities and in-platform growth.
β’ A minimum of 3 years of experience managing client accounts within the digital marketing sector; agency experience is mandatory.
β’ At least 2 years of experience managing multi-channel SMB to Enterprise client accounts with a budget of $10k or more monthly.
β’ Over 1 year of experience in managing client accounts or customer relationships in a B2C local industry.
β’ Direct experience in home services (HVAC, roofing, restoration, etc.) is preferred.
β’ A minimum of 1 year of CRM experience is required (Hubspot, Salesforce, Service Titan).
β’ At least 2 years of experience in developing strategies using SEM, SEO, and Meta platforms.
β’ Hands-on experience with Google Analytics and other tracking and attribution tools.
β’ Over 1 year of experience using Asana or other project management software.
β’ Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage change and foster innovation while maintaining a holistic perspective.
β’ Comfortable with risk-taking and capable of being a socially poised and inspiring team builder.
β’ Results-oriented and analytical, with a strong drive for change.
β’ Exceptional listener and effective communicator, adept at resolving concerns.
β’ Capable of influencing both clients and internal teams; skilled in building community and earning trust quickly.
β’ Lead and engage authentically with team members to cultivate buy-in and create a high-trust environment.
