• Ensure compliance with relevant GMP and ISO 9001 processes and procedures while maintaining their currency.
• Adhere to state and federal employment regulations.
• Achieve or surpass annual revenue and profit targets for the assigned region, while effectively managing a designated expense budget.
• Conduct scheduled, personalized sales presentations for surgeons, operating room personnel, and facility administration within the designated region.
• Collaborate effectively within a team to facilitate lead sharing, account management, and account development.
• Maintain, analyze, and leverage territory records and additional information to efficiently organize, plan, execute, and assess outcomes.
• Educate and follow up with surgeons, operating room staff, and administration regarding the operation, utilization, and application of our products to guarantee overall customer satisfaction.
• Provide timely, accurate, and constructive written and oral communications to management concerning anticipated sales activities planned on a monthly basis.
• Manage a specific cost center (business) to oversee sales, expenses, inventory, and accounts receivable effectively.
• Maintain SFDC reports, dashboards, and updates related to opportunities, leads, and the sales pipeline.
• Create and implement synergy opportunities with other Zeiss companies, Carl Zeiss Meditec field service, and other corporate partners as programs arise.
• Develop and execute innovative and profitable marketing strategies tailored to the specific needs of the representatives' region.
• A four-year college degree or equivalent qualification.
• A minimum of five years of sales experience.
• In-depth technical and clinical product knowledge.
• Proficient in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Competence in word processing, spreadsheet, and database management software.
• Outstanding negotiation and diplomacy skills.
• Ability to develop expertise in product applications and practice management implications.
• Must be able to safely operate a motor vehicle and hold a valid motor vehicle license.
