This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Oversee a portfolio of key clients, serving as the main point of contact;
• Cultivate and enhance relationships with stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and retention;
• Spot upselling and cross-selling opportunities, aiding in revenue enhancement;
• Facilitate executive meetings and deliver performance presentations (QBRs, reports, etc.);
• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of clients' operations and suggest consultative solutions;
• Track performance indicators (churn, NPS, revenue, engagement, etc.);
• Work collaboratively with internal teams (CX, operations, finance);
• Proactively identify risks and take action to retain accounts;
• Guarantee excellence throughout the entire customer journey (onboarding, ongoing success, and renewals).
• Established experience as a Senior Account Manager, Account Manager, or Customer Success Manager;
• Proven success in managing strategic accounts and driving revenue growth;
• Excellent communication and client relationship abilities;
• Consultative, analytical, and results-driven approach;
• Experience in negotiating and handling contract renewals;
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently in a remote setting;
• High proficiency in English (especially in reading, writing, and meetings — if applicable).
