This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take the lead and assume full ownership of the overarching vision for at least one significant client relationship, providing thorough strategic guidance that aligns with their business goals while effectively integrating into an already established client partnership.
• Navigate, nurture, and enhance relationships with senior-level stakeholders, ensuring strategic alignment and business growth while maintaining appropriate professional boundaries.
• Act as the primary point of contact for the client, ensuring consistent communication with key stakeholders and keeping all pertinent client parties well-informed about project developments. Facilitate cross-functional internal collaboration among marketing, analytics, creative, and strategy teams, effectively dismantling silos to guarantee the smooth delivery of client objectives.
• Exhibit a strong presence and confidence in fulfilling client needs.
• Proactively assess and analyze campaign performance through BI reporting, ensuring insights are accurately interpreted and communicated to facilitate strategic decision-making.
• Foster accountability among internal teams for deadlines, quality standards, and strategic goals while maintaining high standards of deliverable excellence.
• Identify potential challenges early on and implement solutions before they escalate into issues, advocating for both client requirements and the well-being of internal teams.
• Function as an extension of the client's team, demonstrating passionate advocacy for their success.
• Oversee the precise execution of work in digital advertising (Google, Meta), SEO, CRO, and analytics initiatives that consistently meet or surpass client expectations.
• Manage proactive client communications, which include regular status updates and executive-level presentations.
• Conduct quality assurance on team deliverables and uphold quality standards across all work products.
• Support business development and marketing initiatives by sharing strategic insights and best practices.
• Facilitate effective internal and external meetings that propel project momentum and enhance client satisfaction.
• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in account management, client services, or a related role specifically within a digital agency environment.
• A proven history of working with large healthcare clients, with a deep understanding of digital advertising (Google, Meta), digital strategy (SEO, CRO), and analytics (BI reporting).
• Experience in leading high-profile accounts within a fast-paced agency environment, showcasing success in managing and expanding relationships with large, high-revenue clients.
• Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical capabilities, with the ability to convert complex data insights into actionable recommendations.
• Outstanding ability to bridge gaps between internal teams (marketing, analytics, creative, strategy), ensuring cross-functional collaboration and breaking down silos.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the confidence to assertively push back when needed while maintaining positive client relationships.
• Detail-oriented with strong project management skills and a proven ability to ensure the accurate execution of work across all deliverables.
• Demonstrated success in holding teams accountable for deadlines, quality standards, and strategic objectives.
