This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design and oversee the corporate accounts strategy for Vetcove.
• Establish yourself as a strategic ally to key stakeholders and advocates within designated accounts to foster and maintain robust, enduring relationships.
• Develop compelling narratives and demonstrate customer value through thorough business reviews and strategic interactions, both via phone and during on-site meetings.
• Gain expertise in gathering ongoing customer product feedback to create an effective feedback loop for addressing customer needs and informing our product development strategy.
• Employ a systematic approach to strategic planning for each of your assigned accounts by formulating a roadmap that consistently advances the customer towards their specific platform objectives, account growth, and overall success with Vetcove.
• Remain informed about the veterinary consolidation market and comprehend how Vetcove can adapt to shifts in market dynamics.
• Cultivate relationships with non-contracted corporate consolidators to ensure they recognize Vetcove’s value and how we can integrate into their long-term strategies.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Over 4 years of experience in account management.
• Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation capabilities.
• Excellent time management and process management skills.
• Strong analytical abilities.
• Demonstrated success in identifying and nurturing executive relationships.
• A keen desire to learn and shape an emerging role within a rapidly expanding and dynamic startup environment.
