This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Oversee Renewals: Assume responsibility for the renewal process of a key account portfolio, ensuring timely and effective contract renewals.
• Revenue Preservation: Develop and implement strategies to protect existing revenue by proactively identifying and mitigating risks before they impact the business.
• Revenue Growth: Work alongside sales teams to discover upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your accounts, contributing to overall revenue enhancement.
• Contract Negotiation: Spearhead negotiations for renewals and expansions, collaborating closely with legal and finance teams to create advantageous agreements.
• Market Intelligence: Remain updated on industry trends, competitive dynamics, and client requirements to provide informed recommendations that enhance client value and satisfaction.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, customer success, and marketing teams to align on account strategies, ensuring a unified approach to client development.
• Reporting & Analytics: Monitor and report on renewal rates, upsell achievements, and overall account health, utilizing data to guide decision-making and strategy modifications.
• Commercial Experience: Previous experience as a Senior Account Manager or in a related commercial role, with a proven track record in SaaS renewals and revenue enhancement.
• Cyber Security Acumen: A strong understanding of the cyber security sector, particularly in Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM).
• Negotiation Expertise: Demonstrated capability to negotiate contracts and renewals, balancing client aspirations with corporate objectives.
• Strategic Perspective: Ability to strategically consider account growth, identifying expansion opportunities and mitigating potential risks.
• Data-Driven Approach: Skilled in leveraging data to inform decisions, with a focus on metrics influencing renewals and revenue growth.
• Collaborative Spirit: Proven ability to effectively engage with cross-functional teams to drive account success.
