Senior Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee relationships with agency accounts, acting as the primary contact and providing outstanding service.

• Function as the first point of contact for agency partners across the nation, managed remotely.

• Deliver ProAg and industry-related communications to agency partners.

• Assist agents in connecting with the right ProAg contact for any challenges they encounter.

• Utilize knowledge of departmental underwriting procedures and ProAg products.

• Respond promptly and effectively to urgent requests.

• Address agent inquiries and clarify decisions to foster and sustain productive relationships.

• Support the department in achieving company objectives for profitability, renewal retention, revenue growth, and new business development.

• Act as a knowledgeable resource for colleagues.

• Utilize CRM tools to keep the organization updated on agency relationships.

• Be prepared to travel up to 10% of the time.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline, or equivalent education and/or experience.

• Experience in the crop insurance sector is preferred, though not mandatory.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy.

• Outstanding organizational and analytical abilities.

• Capability to manage multiple tasks at once.

• Familiarity with departmental underwriting procedures.

• Understanding of ProAg products and their applicability for agents or insured parties.

• Proficient in using CRM systems.
