This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.
• Drive revenue growth by establishing and nurturing strategic customer relationships within our varied range of scientific products and solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, leveraging scientific knowledge and a consultative sales methodology.
• Work in conjunction with technical specialists, product managers, and support teams to provide comprehensive solutions.
• A Master's Degree accompanied by 8 years of B2B sales experience in life sciences, biotech, pharmaceuticals, or similar scientific sectors.
• Preferred academic backgrounds include Life Sciences, Chemistry, Physics, Engineering, or related scientific domains.
• Additional business or commercial certifications are considered an asset.
• Strong technical aptitude with the capability to grasp complex scientific applications and workflows.
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and expanding strategic accounts.
• Exceptional skills in consultative selling, relationship development, and negotiations at all levels.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and the MS Office suite.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to operate independently while effectively collaborating with teams.
• Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
• Proficient presentation and communication abilities across all organizational levels.
• A valid driver's license and willingness to travel up to 50% as necessary.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous for international positions.

• Experience in capital equipment sales and/or regulated environments is preferred.
• Capacity to manage intricate sales cycles and multiple opportunities concurrently.
