Senior Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Drive revenue growth by establishing and nurturing strategic customer relationships across our wide-ranging portfolio of scientific products and solutions.

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, leveraging scientific knowledge and a consultative sales strategy to support critical research, development, and manufacturing efforts.

• Partner with technical experts, product managers, and support teams to provide integrated solutions that help customers contribute to a healthier, cleaner, and safer world.


⛳️ Requirements

• 5 - 8 years of B2B sales experience in life sciences, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, or related scientific fields.

• A Master's Degree is preferred.

• Relevant fields of study include Life Sciences, Chemistry, Physics, or Engineering focused on lab automation.

• Additional business or commercial certifications are considered advantageous.

• Capability to handle complex sales cycles and multiple opportunities concurrently.

• Prior experience in capital equipment sales and/or in regulated environments is preferred.

• Familiarity with lab automation or instrument integration is essential.

• Possess technical proficiency and the ability to comprehend complex scientific applications and workflows.

• Proven track record of consistently achieving or surpassing sales goals and expanding strategic accounts.

• Strong skills in consultative selling, building relationships, and negotiating at all levels.

• Experience with CRM systems (ideally Salesforce) and proficiency in the MS Office suite.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capacity to work independently while effectively collaborating across teams.

• Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.

• Effective presentation and communication capabilities across all organizational levels.

• A valid Australian driver's license and the ability to travel up to 50-75% as required.

• Fluency in English is mandatory; additional language skills are an asset for international roles.
