This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Build and nurture productive, professional relationships while managing your client portfolio to achieve your designated sales objectives.
• Facilitate collaboration among company personnel, including inside sales, support, and management resources, to fulfill account performance goals and meet customer expectations.
• Continuously evaluate, clarify, and respond to customer needs proactively.
• Develop strategic customer account plans that align with company standards.
• Negotiate sales terms within established authority limits.
• Engage with new and existing clients to strengthen and grow business relationships.
• Gather and provide market insights.
• A post-secondary degree or diploma in an Engineering/Engineering Technologist/Technician field and/or at least 5 years of experience in a strategic sales setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with Electric Motors, Transformers, and variable frequency drives would be advantageous.
• Exceptional presentation skills to effectively communicate information to clients.
• Proficient in client negotiation and relationship management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational capabilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, including MS Dynamics CRM.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada on a permanent basis and should not require current or future employment sponsorship.
