This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Create and implement strategies aimed at increasing revenue that not only meet but surpass assigned targets, which encompass client development, retention, organic growth, and yearly planning.
• Ensure the achievement of revenue goals set for existing clients.
• Oversee the creation, presentation, and promotion of high-quality deliverables.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, therapeutic areas, best practices, and advancements to ensure that Synchrony and our clients remain at the forefront or lead the field.
• Collaborate with the Medical team to provide top-tier strategy and strategically-aligned support.
• Actively engage in client presentations, advocating for and defending the agency's perspectives.
• Assist Account Services leadership in pursuing new business opportunities with prospective clients.
• Aid leadership in the development and submission of RFPs, proposals (proposal writing is necessary), and pitch decks.
• A bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in advertising and account/client services support within pharmaceutical marketing.
• Proven track record of successfully managing over 1 million dollars in fees per year.
• Required expertise in specific industries and/or therapeutic areas.
• Significant experience in leading print, digital, and video advertising campaigns.
