• Develop and implement strategies aimed at increasing revenue to meet and surpass defined objectives, encompassing client development, retention, organic growth, and annual planning.
• Ensure the achievement of established revenue goals for existing clients.
• Spearhead the creation, presentation, and marketing of high-quality deliverables.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, therapeutic advancements, and best practices to ensure that Synchrony and our clients remain at the forefront of the field.
• Collaborate with the Medical team to deliver premier strategies and strategically aligned support.
• Actively engage in client presentations, promoting and defending the agency's perspective.
• Assist Account Services leadership in efforts to attract new business from potential clients.
• Aid leadership in the development and submission of RFPs, proposals (proposal writing is necessary), and pitch decks.
• A bachelor's degree is required.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in advertising and account/client services support within pharmaceutical marketing.
• Proven track record of successfully managing fees exceeding 1 million dollars annually.
• Required expertise in specific industries and/or therapeutic areas.
• Extensive experience in leading print, digital, and video advertising campaigns.
