Senior Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete relationship with a portfolio of clients, ensuring retention and fostering robust stakeholder trust.

• Oversee renewals and assist with moderate growth opportunities within established commercial frameworks.

• Direct Project Managers to guarantee seamless delivery and consistent quality throughout engagements.

• Track account health, revenue performance, and provide forecasting insights to senior leadership.

• Identify and address risks proactively, serving as the primary escalation point for your accounts.

• Convert customer objectives into well-defined, structured creative programs.

• Leverage performance data and insights to enhance QBRs and renewal discussions.

• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Superside’s services to pinpoint value-enhancing opportunities.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure coherence in delivery and account strategy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in account management or client services within creative, digital, or professional services sectors.

• Proven experience in managing and retaining client accounts, with responsibility for renewals.

• Capability to lead commercial discussions within established pricing and deal frameworks.

• Strong stakeholder management abilities, including experience working with senior clients.

• Aptitude for balancing strategic thinking with daily execution.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as Project Managers and Producers.

• Proficiency in utilizing data to guide account decisions and forecasting.

• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to link delivery to business outcomes.
