This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Enhance Communication Efficiency: Develop and automate account management workflows to enhance communication channels, streamline problem resolution, and effectively monitor performance.
• Proactively collect insights from creators and agencies, keep an eye on industry trends, and convert market feedback into actionable product strategies.
• Maintain high standards of creator representation on the platform, focusing on content quality, chat standards, and overall performance metrics.
• Boost Creator-Driven Traffic Performance: Amplify the effectiveness of creator-led promotions across their social media platforms. Ensure consistency in model posting and oversee weekly promotion delivery assessments.
• Empower creators to effectively advocate for new product features to augment their earnings.
• Scale & Streamline Creator Cabinet Operations: Facilitate cross-functional processes for the ongoing evolution of the Creator Cabinet initiative. Integrate our internal tools into the daily promotional workflows of creators as a primary production resource.
• Consolidate creator analytics from the Creator Cabinet, Reports, and our internal systems into a centralized, industry-standard performance framework.
• Oversee and enhance creator payout operations to guarantee timely and precise payments.
• Financial & Analytical Proficiency: Proficient in 1C and Excel (including advanced formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation), with a strong understanding of accounting, invoicing, and financial operations.
• Digital & AI Tools Expertise: Experienced in utilizing AI and digital platforms such as Higgsfield and Atlas Cloud, along with analytics tools for KPI monitoring, data visualization, and performance tracking (e.g., Superset).
• Project & Cross-Functional Management: Skilled in coordinating workflows and managing projects using tools like Slack, Jira, and internal systems, ensuring effective communication and alignment among teams.
• Emotional Intelligence & Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal abilities with the capacity to comprehend varied personalities and motivations, engage in active listening, build trust, and communicate with empathy and tact.
• Problem-Solving & Crisis Management: Ability to stay composed and professional under pressure, quickly identify challenges, implement practical solutions, and ensure smooth operational processes.
• Adaptability & Collaborative Mindset: Willingness to adjust strategies across diverse cultures, markets, and stakeholder requirements, while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams and embracing feedback for improved results.
• REMOTE OPPORTUNITY to work full-time;
