Senior Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Overseeing and strategically enhancing relationships with current customers, ranging from SMEs to large enterprises, within a designated territory.

• Cultivating and sustaining long-term customer relationships while expanding the network at both specialist and management levels.

• Organizing and coordinating all sales activities, including presentations, events, and trade shows.

• Acquiring new clients based on qualified leads and developing your own portfolio of target accounts.

• Drafting proposals and contracts while contributing to the evolution of the service portfolio.

⛳️ Requirements

• A university degree or equivalent training/professional experience in a relevant field.

• Several years of experience in sales, along with solid knowledge of IT, preferably in IT security.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a confident demeanor in client-facing situations.

• A self-sufficient, responsible, and resilient working style, coupled with a high level of flexibility.

• Proficiency in both German and English, willingness to travel, and a valid driver's license (class B).
