Senior Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Define deliverables, timelines, and budget requirements.

• Create comprehensive Project Briefs for all upcoming initiatives.

• Facilitate kick-off meetings and conduct internal and external status updates.

• Collaborate with art, copy, editorial, project management, account coordination, and finance teams to meet project objectives.

• Review and approve each stage of project routing, ensuring adherence to agency processes.

• Interact with clients and serve as a crucial link between the client and the agency.

• Secure necessary client feedback and approvals in conjunction with the Team Supervisor.

• Communicate effectively and provide timely client status updates.

• Make prompt, informed decisions in response to project needs.

• Lead the preparation of client-facing status reports in collaboration with Project Management and Account teams.

• Maintain knowledge of therapeutic areas and the competitive landscape.

• Serve as the primary financial point of contact and manage internal and external finance reports with the Finance Management Team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a pharmaceutical advertising agency.

• Strong leadership abilities and a knack for developing diverse ideas and solutions.

• Willingness to learn, collaborate with colleagues, and focus on achieving positive project and workstream results.

• Familiarity with Veeva or other client MLR platforms.

• Experience with Ziflow or similar digital routing tools.

• Proven experience in managing both internal and external finance reports.

• A desire and capability to comprehend scientific information.
