This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Assume responsibility for a designated seller portfolio, concentrating on account expansion and discovering new opportunities across various countries, categories, and products.
• Develop and sustain solid relationships with sellers, serving as their reliable partner while consistently representing refurbed’s interests.
• Act as a problem-solver and advocate for your accounts, working collaboratively with internal teams to identify solutions and foster innovation.
• Facilitate a seamless operational setup and ongoing performance by guiding sellers through our marketplace procedures and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
• Evaluate performance and pinpoint growth opportunities, assisting sellers in maximizing their potential on the platform.
• Become a member of an international, dynamic, and hands-on team characterized by flat hierarchies and direct engagement with leadership to drive strategic initiatives.
• You possess a university degree and have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Account Management, preferably within marketplace businesses.
• You are proficient in both German and English at a professional level and can negotiate in both languages at the C-level.
• Demonstrated experience in managing and growing accounts, enhancing performance, and coordinating operational projects with a proactive and entrepreneurial approach.
• You have a passion for working with people and can effectively communicate, influence, and build trust with stakeholders at various levels.
• You bring a technology and AI-first mindset to your work, along with strong critical thinking abilities.
• You exhibit resilience, learning from setbacks without losing momentum, and adopt a structured, analytical approach to problem-solving.
