This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Cyprus.

• This position operates on a remote-first basis and is accessible from any location within the European Union.

• Directly interact with IT Directors, Security Leaders, Infrastructure teams, and executive stakeholders.

• Navigate intricate, multi-stakeholder sales processes across mid-market and enterprise organizations.

• Promote Action1’s patch management and endpoint security platform as a vital solution.

• Comprehend the dynamics of enterprise cybersecurity purchasing — including extended sales cycles and multiple decision-makers.

• Excel in a high-growth, remote-first SaaS environment.

• 3–5+ years of quota-carrying experience in B2B sales within SaaS, IT infrastructure, or cybersecurity.

• A demonstrated history in both new business acquisition (hunter) and account management (farmer) roles.

• Significant experience in selling to mid-market or enterprise organizations.

• Proven ability to engage IT stakeholders (IT Managers, SysAdmins, Security teams, Infrastructure leaders).

• Established capability to generate pipeline and close complex transactions.

• Proficient in English and at least one additional European language.

• Strong forecasting skills and familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.

• Aptitude for navigating multi-stakeholder, extended sales cycles.

• Exceptional skills in discovery, negotiation, and consultative selling.
