This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Develop and sustain a robust network of clients and IT professionals.
• Act as the strategic liaison between businesses and highly skilled specialists and executives.
• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from gathering requirements to successful placement.
• Identify, engage, and attract ideal candidates within the IT sector.
• Provide guidance to companies on effectively filling their job openings.
• Minimum of 6 years of demonstrated success in IT recruitment (both permanent and contract).
• Extensive market knowledge and strong consultative abilities at the decision-maker level.
• Well-established network at executive and hiring levels, with the capacity to quickly leverage relationships.
• A proactive hunter and closer mentality coupled with exceptional negotiation skills.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, self-motivation, and a strong focus on achieving results.
• Competitive base salary starting at €60,000 with profit-sharing potential up to €40,000.
