This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Provide advanced-level assistance to the Employer Account Executive and Employer Groups.
• Drive client communications, client-facing initiatives, as well as product and program recommendations.
• Address issues with Employer Groups and Health Plan Leadership while coordinating process enhancements.
• Develop business cases and lead or support initiatives related to clients, implementations, performance standards, and cost justifications.
• Analyze reporting requests and present pertinent information to aid client and leadership decision-making.
• Optimize pharmacy expenditures for current small employer accounts by utilizing Prime products and services.
• Organize regular meetings for Employer Groups and promote product opportunities.
• Assist with client audits, presentations, client visits, and health fairs.
• Record account interactions, risks, decisions, and actions within Salesforce CRM.
• Support the retention of Employer Groups through proactive issue resolution and relationship management.
• Mentor and train the Employer Account Management team.
• Maintain standard operating procedures for initiatives specific to clients.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or a comparable combination of education and/or work experience.
• High school diploma from an accredited institution or equivalent GED is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Client Service/Account Management.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring a work visa or residency sponsorship.
• Capability to create effective sales messages, presentations, and proposals that facilitate sales.
• Strong interpersonal skills, meeting facilitation abilities, conflict resolution, consensus-building, collaboration, and influencing skills.
• Ability to balance compliance, business objectives, and competing goals and risks.
• Excellent organization, prioritization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple complex projects under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Proficient in managing complex information and developing well-reasoned solutions for clients.
• Ability to work effectively within a matrixed team environment.
• A Master's or advanced degree is preferred.
• Leadership and/or project management experience is preferred.
• Experience in the healthcare or PBM industry is preferred.
• Experience as a Pharmacy Technician and/or CPhT certification is preferred.

• Potential salary range of $81,000.00–$138,000.00 based on experience and skills.
