• Oversee high-profile client accounts from start to finish across Amazon and various marketplaces, managing strategy, implementation, and performance metrics.
• Act as the main client liaison - facilitate discussions, present strategic recommendations, and influence essential business decisions with senior leaders, including C-suite executives.
• Formulate yearly strategic roadmaps, growth strategies, promotional schedules, and business assessments with a strong emphasis on profitability and performance scaling.
• Guide and mentor Account Managers/Associates; offer coaching, distribute workloads, provide feedback, and support career development.
• Ensure seamless execution across media, creative, retail, supply chain coordination, and marketplace operations.
• Foster trust with clients through education, guidance, performance transparency, and proactive recommendations.
• Discover growth opportunities, initiate upsell strategies, and explore ways to expand existing project scopes.
• Prepare presentation materials, lead all client meetings, maintain call notes, action items, and ensure follow-through.
• Track account performance, regularly review reports, and convert data into clear insights and actionable next steps.
• Collaborate across media, retail, creative, and analytics teams to ensure comprehensive success.
• Represent the client internally and guarantee alignment on deadlines, responsibilities, and quality of execution.
• Create and apply best practices, improve standard operating procedures, develop onboarding materials, and create training resources.
• Contribute to thought leadership, facilitate internal training sessions, and participate in new business presentations.
• Keep abreast of the latest Amazon programs, beta features, algorithm changes, policy updates, and marketplace opportunities.
• Assist brands in innovating beyond fundamental Amazon execution through channel diversification and creative experimentation.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in eCommerce, digital media, or marketplace management, with a strong focus on Amazon.
• Demonstrated experience in managing enterprise-level accounts and engaging in discussions at the executive level.
• Previous experience in managing and developing a team with high expectations for ownership and delivery.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and client-facing skills; comfortable leading discussions and providing constructive feedback.
• Highly organized, responsive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Sheets, able to extract insights and translate them into strategic direction.
• A commercially minded individual with the ability to identify revenue opportunities and influence decision-making processes.
