This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Collaborate with senior client stakeholders to manage and expand intricate programs with Amazon, MELI, and Walmart, acting as a strategic consultant and primary liaison.
• Direct comprehensive account strategies for Mercado Libre, Amazon, and other marketplaces, emphasizing eCommerce growth, retail essentials, and performance enhancement.
• Formulate and implement long-term strategic roadmaps aligned with client business objectives, revenue expansion, and marketplace development.
• Recognize, define, and pursue new opportunities in media, retail operations, creative, and marketplace capabilities.
• Conduct business reviews and executive presentations, providing clear, data-driven insights and forward-looking recommendations.
• Convert marketplace data into actionable strategies, balancing performance, efficiency, and brand goals.
• Manage cross-functional delivery with internal media, creative, retail, and sales teams, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and accountability.
• Actively monitor account health, identify potential risks early, and independently resolve complex client or performance challenges.
• Handle all client communications, meetings, presentations, and deliverables with a strong emphasis on clarity, precision, and follow-through.
• Guide junior account team members and contribute to the development of internal best practices, playbooks, and process enhancements.
• Stay informed about Amazon and marketplace trends, policy changes, and emerging opportunities, sharing insights both internally and externally.
• Assist in onboarding new clients and help establish scalable, repeatable account management standards.
• Foster innovation beyond core Amazon programs, broadening into additional marketplaces or capabilities as client maturity advances.
• A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related discipline.
• Over 5 years of experience in eCommerce, digital media, or roles focused on marketplaces.
• Proven track record of managing senior client relationships and overseeing complex, high-impact accounts.
• Strong understanding of Mercado Libre and Amazon advertising, retail fundamentals, and marketplace operations.
• Demonstrated capacity to think strategically while executing with precision and independence.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and commercially savvy, with sound business judgment.
• Proficient in leading cross-functional teams and influencing without direct authority.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and spoken).
• Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in mentoring or guiding junior team members is preferred.
