This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Manage client relationships from start to finish - act as the primary liaison for senior stakeholders (including C-suite), lead all meetings and presentations, set expectations, and foster enduring trust.
• Develop marketplace strategy - create annual brand strategies, marketing and promotional initiatives, and supply chain recommendations.
• Proactively identify new workstreams and upselling opportunities.
• Implement and oversee cross-functional delivery - collaborate with media, retail, creative, and sales teams to ensure timely and high-quality project completion.
• Take ownership of reporting, recaps, and action items.
• Stay informed about the platform - track Amazon and marketplace updates, relay pertinent changes to clients, and convert new opportunities into actionable recommendations.
• Contribute to agency development - assist in new business pitches, establish internal best practices and SOPs, enhance agency thought leadership, and conduct onboarding/training sessions as required.
• Over 5 years of experience in eCommerce, digital media, or marketplace marketing - possessing hands-on expertise with Amazon, including advertising, retail fundamentals, and platform tools/programs.
• Experience with additional global marketplaces and advertising platforms, such as Mercado Livre, Shopee, Shein, AliExpress, and tools like VTEX Ads and Topsort.
• Background in an agency setting, preferably marketplace or eCommerce-focused, with experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Demonstrated ability to manage senior client relationships, align on business objectives, and convert strategy into measurable results.
• Outstanding communicator at all levels - capable of presenting to a CMO and mentoring a junior analyst in the same day.
• Advanced or fluent English skills, with the capability to engage in conversations with international teams.
• Highly organized, commercially astute, and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; adept in data-driven environments.
