This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Oversee a portfolio of approximately 40 client accounts, with the possibility of expansion based on business requirements.
• Spearhead renewal processes while actively seeking upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Conduct daily meetings with high-profile brands, both virtually and in-person, to foster strong relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
• Create and present strategic proposals and campaign plans that align with client objectives and market trends.
• Collaborate across various functions to guarantee smooth client experiences and effective campaign delivery.
• Demonstrated success in managing renewals, facilitating upsell opportunities, and leading commercial negotiations.
• Experience working with mid-market to enterprise-level clients in diverse industries.
• Proficient in maintaining long-term client relationships with an emphasis on growth and retention.
• Results-oriented, with a track record of working towards and exceeding revenue targets.
• Experience utilizing data and insights to enhance deal strategies and performance.
