Senior Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Overseeing a portfolio of accounts with an emphasis on customer retention, renewals, and upselling initiatives.

• Performing regular client check-ins to ensure satisfaction and uncover further engagement and growth opportunities.

• Leveraging sales tools and insights to generate forecasts, monitor opportunities, and enhance performance.

• Working collaboratively with various internal teams to develop customized proposals and guarantee successful campaign implementation.

• Establishing and nurturing robust relationships with key stakeholders within your accounts.

• Demonstrated experience in account management, specifically in retaining and expanding existing client portfolios.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an emphasis on relationship-building.

• Proficiency in using CRM systems such as Salesforce.

• A data-driven mindset for decision-making and problem resolution.

• A proactive attitude that excels in a dynamic work environment.

• Familiarity with AI tools; prior experience with Claude is a plus.
