This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and finalize a pipeline of growth opportunities within established Enterprise clients.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Customer Success Managers to pinpoint potential growth areas.
• Engage with the current customer base through outbound outreach and internal referrals.
• Promote Muck Rack’s comprehensive product offerings (Media Intelligence, Press Release, Social Listening, Gen Pulse, etc.).
• Provide accurate forecasts for monthly and quarterly expansion bookings.
• Manage account and territory planning in cooperation with your CSM team.
• Facilitate pipeline development, conversion, and progression for expansion opportunities.
• Work cross-functionally to ensure alignment between sales and customer success teams.
• 5-8 years of experience in sales or account management roles focused on Enterprise accounts.
• Demonstrated success in managing revenue targets and closing deals.
• Proficient in pipeline management and revenue forecasting.
• Strong skills in prospecting and outbound sales.
• Experience in selling to existing customer accounts is preferred.
• Required experience in selling PR, media intelligence, or related solutions for Enterprise roles.
• Background in SaaS, MarTech, or related sectors.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, distributed environment.
