This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• This individual contributor role reports directly to the Regional Sales Director.
• The main goal of the Senior Account Manager position is to take charge of effectively selling the complete range of Keyloop solutions within your designated territory, fostering revenue growth and developing strategic relationships with key automotive clients.
• Significant collaboration across multiple functional teams will be necessary.
• The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the automotive industry and its primary challenges, demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills, show resilience, and be dedicated to a performance-driven culture. A proactive mindset towards continuous improvement and a ‘can do’ attitude are crucial.
• At least 5 years of sales experience.
• Experience utilizing AI in Sales to enhance functionality and capability.
• Highly proficient in computer skills and familiar with CRM/SFA systems.
• Background in the automotive sector with knowledge of dealership operational workflows.
• Strong skills in building relationships.
• A demonstrated history of sales growth achieved in an environment where ROI has been linked to business process change and optimization.
• Customer-focused with the maturity and diplomacy to engage effectively at various levels within target client organizations.
• Capable of implementing a professional, structured sales approach that includes Prospecting, Contact Management, Qualification, Presentation, Objection Handling, and Closing Techniques.
• Self-motivated, ambitious, resilient, competitive, resourceful, with excellent communication skills, particularly in listening and questioning – assertive yet polite.
