This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Zealand.
• Establish and nurture robust partnerships with Key Clinicians in both public and private sectors, as well as with Nurse Practitioners and Pharmacists.
• Collaborate within a highly skilled cross-functional team that embraces a 'one team' philosophy and offers substantial support and resources.
• Oversee Oncology sales throughout New Zealand for Johnson & Johnson by creating tactical account plans aimed at expanding your business while aligning with the strategic business goals.
• Meet sales and activity objectives across New Zealand.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with targeted specialist clients.
• Work alongside cross-functional colleagues to devise and execute key account management business plans that enhance the Oncology portfolio in New Zealand.
• Utilize relevant trends and insights to identify new business opportunities.
• Optimize private program models, including operational workflows within private clinics.
• Confidently understand and convey product and clinical information.
• Proven sales success, preferably in selling to hospital Specialists and other relevant stakeholders.
• Experience in Oncology or Haematology is highly beneficial.
• Ability to identify customer needs, act on insights, and tailor your sales strategies accordingly.
• Strong business acumen is essential, with a demonstrated ability to adopt an account management approach to the business and customer relationships.
• A strategic mindset coupled with solid awareness of competitors.
• High emotional intelligence that enables effective work both independently and as part of a team; a personal commitment to excellence for our patients, customers, and the company.
