Senior Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Oversee and expand key customer accounts within the Industrial Automation sector located in Mexico City.

• Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with clients to comprehend their business requirements and offer customized solutions.

• Recognize new business prospects and work in tandem with cross-functional teams to provide value-added solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in account management or sales, ideally within the Industrial Automation or a related industry.

• Comprehensive understanding of customer relationship management and strategic account planning.

• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Experience in spotting business opportunities and delivering solutions focused on customer needs.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Experience in a multinational company with exposure to global markets.

• Strong business insight and awareness of market dynamics.

• Exceptional negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
