This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Oversee and expand a portfolio of strategic accounts within the turbomachinery controls sector.
• Formulate and implement strategic account plans to enhance revenue growth and meet sales objectives.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their business requirements and offering customized solutions.
• Explore new business opportunities within both existing and prospective accounts, collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide value-added solutions.
• Acquire new clients through business development initiatives involving complex sales processes, utilizing CCC's expertise in turbomachinery, the broader Honeywell customer network, relationships, and synergies.
• Steer contract negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction through effective account management practices.
• Keep abreast of market trends, competitor actions, and customer feedback to pinpoint areas for enhancement and foster continuous growth.
• Lead the development of solutions that effectively meet customer needs, coordinating the involvement of all necessary personnel from the company.
• Achieve designated targets for profitable sales volume and strategic goals in assigned accounts by securing orders, facilitating an easy transition path for customers, driving upgrade and retrofit initiatives, mitigating risks, and supporting the Greenfield team throughout project phases.
• Travel 50% of the time within the designated territory and accounts.
• At least 5 years of experience in a turbomachinery controls or industrial automation setting, serving as a project engineer, application engineer, field service engineer, or in a comparable role.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or sales.
• Industry expertise in oil and gas, mining, power, or petrochemicals.
• Outstanding presentation and communication capabilities.
• Proficiency in conducting high-level sales demonstrations and technical sales presentations.
• High emotional intelligence with the ability to gauge the room and adapt communication styles as needed.
