This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.
• Create and implement strategic account plans to meet sales goals and business objectives
• Discover new business opportunities within current accounts and extend our market presence
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to provide comprehensive solutions that fulfill customer requirements
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels within the customer organization
• Deliver outstanding customer service and support throughout the sales journey and beyond
• At least 5 years of demonstrated experience in sales or key account management
• Proven history of effectively managing and expanding key customer accounts in the building services sector (knowledge of HVAC, BMS, and/or Security Systems is a significant advantage)
• Strong business acumen with a solid understanding of customer needs
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Proficiency in German language
• Minimum B1 level proficiency in English
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
• Experience within the building solutions industry
