This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee daily communication with our clients, ensuring they are informed about project progress and obtaining responses to GPC’s inquiries.
• Coordinate and unify the appropriate GPC delivery team.
• Confirm that the team possesses all necessary information and collaborates to provide top-notch work that aligns with and surpasses client expectations.
• Get to know your clients on a personal level, aiming to uncover their specific goals and challenges within their businesses.
• Keep your team informed about any pertinent industry news that you come across, whether it pertains to our operations or our clients.
• Start applying a strategic perspective to all deliverables, considering how they contribute to the overall project vision, collaborating with the Account Director and other team members to enhance these abilities.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of the brands you work with, the industry context they operate in, and their primary competitors.
• The Senior Account Manager (Sr. AM) is responsible for providing regular updates on client and internal project statuses.
• Collect briefs from clients and rephrase them for internal use.
• 5-7 years of experience in account management and client services within the digital advertising sector.
• Proficiency in the English language.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to deliver engaging presentations.
• Proven track record of successfully growing existing client accounts.
• Strong comprehension of the APAC market and the digital landscape.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Advertising, or Digital.
