• Strong commercial insight with the ability to work independently.

• Experience in establishing commercial agreements and navigating intricate negotiations.

• Demonstrated analytical abilities to interpret data, recognize trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.

• Experience in the energy, power, or industrial technology sectors is preferred.

• Previous experience in leading or mentoring sales professionals or contributing to team strategy is advantageous.

• A formal Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, engineering, or a related discipline is a plus.
