Senior Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Cultivate and oversee operational and technical relationships with clients through face-to-face meetings and phone communications.

• Execute the client account strategy.

• Gain insights into the client’s environment to maximize the use of Fiserv’s solutions.

• Provide updates on achievements and ongoing activities.

• Collaborate cross-functionally on key initiatives, such as incident response and process enhancements.

• Establish and uphold standard operating procedures.

• Ensure adherence to system audits and updates to client profiles.

• Carry out administrative responsibilities to fulfill legal and contractual commitments.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience.

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in customer service.

• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

• Must reside locally and be open to travel within the region.

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• Experience in Project Management is preferred.

• Preferred background in enterprise problem prevention and resolution.

• Capability to make independent decisions, demonstrate sound judgment, and handle complex issues.
