This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Manage a portfolio of mid and high-value SME clients within European markets, driving sustainable revenue growth.
• Actively engage with clients through outreach, quarterly business reviews, and regular check-ins.
• Identify and implement upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Develop relationships with key decision-makers.
• Leverage account data to guide outreach and commercial discussions.
• Monitor account health signals to proactively address at-risk accounts.
• Maintain an organized pipeline and tracking system in Salesforce.
• Utilize Modjo call intelligence to enhance team learning.
• Collaborate closely with onboarding, product, and support teams.
• At least 5 years of experience in commercial roles within fintech or B2B SaaS, including a minimum of 2 years in a senior account management position.
• Previous experience in outbound sales or business development.
• Strong commercial acumen regarding revenue per account and expansion opportunities.
• Proficient in using data for informed decision-making.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in a second European language is a significant advantage.
