• Direct the tactical implementation of integrated and digital marketing strategies while ensuring a robust understanding of the agency/client relationship.
• Responsible for cultivating and integrating strategic planning capabilities within the wider context of account management.
• Supervise the creation of campaigns and project plans, offering daily support for broader strategic initiatives in partnership with the Account Director.
• Accountable for identifying and fulfilling client needs while aligning with internal workflows to guarantee the successful launch, management, and execution of all projects.
• Lead client presentations, facilitate internal project discussions, and actively engage as a member of a highly motivated and large account team.
• Oversee strategic projects (e.g., Website, ISA) and reporting initiatives (e.g., weekly/monthly dashboards).
• Responsible for the final output/service – from developing comprehensive project plans to managing submissions for regulatory and client reviews.
• Regularly monitor project budgets and collaborate with AS and AD to manage project scope.
• Demonstrate critical thinking and maintain an awareness and understanding of the client’s business and strategic goals.
• In the absence of a Supervisor or Director, act as the primary contact for clients and/or agency partners on a day-to-day basis.
• Prepare client proposal presentations and quotations.
• Actively seek business opportunities with current clients and potential prospects.
• Mentor or supervise junior team members, ensuring flawless execution of client submissions, alongside the implementation of agency best practices.
• Required to comply with agency policies and necessary compliance practices.
• Strong and practical experience in marketing and advertising, with proficiency in digital and print execution; understands marketing and digital strategies as well as media and technology.
• Excellent client relationship management skills with a proven record of customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrated capability to manage projects to successful and collaborative completion.
• Ability to write Project Briefs that align with client assignments and expectations.
• Capable of co-authoring Creative Briefs and mobilizing internal teams for project execution.
• Experienced in financial management and tracking, including estimate evaluations, project health assessments, and revenue tracking.
• Presents with confidence, clarity, and effectiveness.
• A collaborative team player with strong mentoring abilities.
• Upholds professionalism and etiquette during remote meetings.
• Exhibits a constant curiosity and asks insightful questions.
• Maintains control and composure when working under tight deadlines and pressure.
• Externally, serves as the client's main contact for minor conflict resolution; internally, manages direct discussions with cross-functional team members.
