This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Take ownership of and nurture strategic relationships with district-level clients, acting as a trusted advisor and escalation contact.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to implement transportation strategies that meet client requirements and align with EverDriven’s mission.
• Evaluate account performance metrics and deliver regular reports, insights, and suggestions to enhance service delivery.
• Foster client retention and growth by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Oversee the onboarding and implementation processes for new accounts, ensuring a seamless and successful transition.
• Collaborate with Field Operations to ensure that quality standards are met and exceeded.
• Act as the client's representative internally, working with cross-departmental teams to address issues and execute solutions.
• Track service performance and compliance with contractual obligations, escalating concerns and driving resolutions as necessary.
• Serve as a communication bridge between transportation providers and EverDriven, ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Manage and participate in continuous improvement initiatives across accounts and operational processes.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of client objectives, challenges, and regulatory requirements to guide strategic planning.
• Ensure compliance with EverDriven’s policies and procedures related to safety, compliance, and data privacy, including adherence to HIPAA regulations.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Over 5 years of experience in account management or client services, ideally within transportation, logistics, education, or similar sectors.
• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple high-value clients and projects concurrently.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Strategic mindset with the capacity to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other relevant software tools.
• A valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Must successfully complete a background check and drug screening as a condition of employment.
