Senior Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Enhance market share by executing sales strategies aimed at converting potential customers into ADI clients.

• Fortify existing customer relationships by providing support through customer service efforts, making follow-up calls, educating clients on new product lines, and staying updated on industry advancements.

• Actively drive the collection of market intelligence, identify growth opportunities, and achieve sales victories.

• Foster positive relationships within the ADI organization to promote team sales and ensure priority service for customers.

• Deliver various customer training initiatives to stimulate sales growth within the designated territory.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of sales experience in CCTV, IP, AV technologies, Security, and Fire sectors.

• Proven track record of managing and selling within the security industry, particularly in a distribution model.

• Possession of a valid Driver’s License, with a clean driving history and a good standing record.

• Exceptional selling, negotiating, and closing skills, with the ability to cultivate long-term business relationships.

• Capacity to learn rapidly, handle a high volume of calls, and think creatively.

• Strong work ethic and a proactive approach to getting the job done while upholding high ethical standards in business.

• Excellent customer service, organizational, and multitasking skills.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Self-motivated, capable of working independently without close supervision, and possessing a team-oriented mindset.

• Proficient in Salesforce, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Willingness to travel as required for business needs, up to 75%.
