This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +1 more state.
β’ Act as the reliable and dedicated point of contact for a high-net-worth aircraft owner, overseeing all communication, account management, and operational coordination.
β’ Anticipate the needs and lifestyle preferences of the client, ensuring they rarely have to make requests.
β’ Address issues with urgency and accountability; clients receive solutions rather than explanations of processes.
β’ Manage all aspects of trip logistics, including catering, FBO selection, ground transportation, cabin setup, slot availability, and necessary overflight permits.
β’ Remain updated on trip schedules and aircraft status to effectively serve as a knowledgeable liaison between the client and operations.
β’ Proactively communicate any changes or disruptions, providing context and a clear path forward.
β’ Review invoices and billing statements for accuracy prior to client delivery; take ownership of resolving any discrepancies with Finance.
β’ Serve as the intermediary among the aircraft owner, flight crew, and maintenance team, ensuring that service standards, owner preferences, and safety requirements are effectively communicated and consistently maintained.
β’ Maintain a working understanding of FAA Part 135 and Part 91 requirements as they pertain to scheduling, crew, and service delivery.
β’ 5β8 years of experience in high-level client service, account management, or aviation operations within a luxury or high-touch service environment is required.
β’ Demonstrated experience serving high-net-worth individuals, with an understanding of the expectations and sensitivities associated with this client profile.
β’ Outstanding communicator, both written and verbal, with the diplomacy and presence suitable for discerning, elite clientele.
β’ Practical knowledge of business aviation, specifically FAR Part 91 and Part 135 regulations.
β’ Financially savvy, comfortable with reviewing invoices, tracking trip expenses, and delivering clear financial summaries to ownership.
β’ High emotional intelligence; adept at handling sensitive situations with composure, care, and absolute discretion.
β’ Highly organized with strong follow-through; ensures that nothing is overlooked.
β’ Up to a 20 lbs lifting requirement.
β’ On-call hours may be necessary for trip disruptions, schedule adjustments, or client emergencies, which may include weekend and evening hours as required, and frequent work hours exceeding forty (40) hours per week.
