This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Responsible for strategic account and business management for a portfolio of enterprise and mid-market existing clients.
• Create and execute customized account strategies to drive revenue growth, enhance adoption, and boost customer satisfaction.
• Plan, coordinate, and take ownership of upselling and cross-selling efforts.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers such as CIOs, IT heads, and Service Owners.
• Conduct regular business reviews and engage in value discussions.
• Analyze business processes and technical requirements to derive suitable solution scenarios.
• Manage complex proposal and contract negotiations effectively.
• Ensure reliable forecasting, pipeline management, and risk assessment.
• Collaborate closely with Pre-Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product Management teams.
• Keep abreast of current trends in the ITSM and enterprise SaaS landscape.
• Actively provide customer feedback to support the ongoing development of our solutions.
• A degree in Business, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in account management for complex software solutions, preferably in the ITSM, workflow, or SaaS sectors.
• Demonstrated success in expanding existing accounts and cultivating strategic customer relationships.
• Strong grasp of IT processes, digital business models, and technical interdependencies.
• Confident engagement at the C-level, with the ability to articulate complex topics as business value.
• Familiarity with modern CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Proficient in German and English, both in written and spoken forms.
