This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Maintain the current client base.
• Ensure timely processing of client renewals.
• Complete necessary RFPs and RFQs as required.
• Develop a strong network of contacts within each client organization.
• Identify critical issues within client organizations that our data can help resolve.
• Promote widespread understanding and utilization of our data across client organizations.
• Consult with clients to derive better insights and pinpoint opportunities for data application.
• Upsell to the existing client base.
• Formulate a clear strategy for expanding your current client base and targeted industries.
• Ensure clients maximize the value derived from our data.
• Facilitate the integration of our data across various teams within client organizations, ensuring it's utilized by multiple users and budget holders.
• Manage everyday client inquiries.
• Assist clients with daily queries.
• Ensure the effective operation of your clients’ Analyse and Engage accounts.
• Help clients extract maximum value from our data, including building dashboards, explaining insights, or providing training on Analyse and Engage.
• Brief the analyst team on reporting needs and ensure that completed reports meet client specifications; review reports for accuracy prior to client distribution; handle client change requests.
• Manage client expectations effectively.
• Oversee internal stakeholder management and administrative tasks.
• Manage Account Managers (if applicable), including hiring, onboarding, training, strategizing, and setting KPIs.
• Establish clear client forecasts and upsell strategies across your portfolio.
• Prepare cost estimates and proposals.
• Collaborate with finance to address any overdue payments.
• A tertiary qualification is required.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position.
• Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel is essential, along with the ability to learn and navigate new web-based software applications.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

• Willingness to travel locally.
• Fluency in Arabic is an advantage but not a requirement.
